What we are looking for:
The role is to manage the implementation of a division of the client that will need to ID, onboard, training and eventually manage farmers.
This will be achieved by using the existing government structures in the area.
We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a farmer services, field staff and buying station operations project focused on reliable coconut supply .
You will oversee the delivery of farmer services, field staff and buying station operations , aligning farmer support, coconut supply and transaction processes.
The operating model includes:
Ten municipality leads, approximately 60 field staff and 13 mobile buying stations; three stations also support coconut fibre collection and finished-twine receiving .
Field teams that build farmer relationships, collect registration and farm data, provide agricultural advice and coordinate harvest schedules .
Buying stations that receive and check deliveries, trigger eWallet payments, distribute fertiliser and seedlings, and report supply or quality issues .




Your focus will be dependable coconut supply, trusted farmer relationships and accurate transactions, with clear separation between farmer support and identity approval, pricing and payment responsibilitie s .
You will coordinate field, station, finance and technology teams, manage project scope, schedule and budget, and oversee operational readiness across SAP CRM, identity management and eWallet workflow s.
Key Skills and Experience:
At least 8 years' project management experience, including delivery of agricultural, farmer services or rural supply-chain projects.
Practical understanding of farmer engage ment and agricultural advisory services , registration data collection and harvest coordination .
Strong project management capability across planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement and reporting.
Experience with agricultural buying stations, produce collection or farmer-service networks; coconut supply-chain experience is highly regarded.
Ability to coordinate operational workflows and system readiness across CRM, identity management and digital payments; SAP CRM and eWallet experience is desirable .
Proven ability to manage scope, quality, dependencies and contractors on medium- to large-scale projec ts.
Experience aligning harvest schedules, field activities and buying-station capacity to maintain reliable agricultural supply.
Robust leadership skills, including coordination of geographically dispersed field teams, local leads and station personnel .
Ex cellent stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of data quality, farmer information privacy, transaction controls and separation of duties across support, approvals, pricing and payment s.
