We're seeking an
experienced Program Manager
to lead our SAP Upgrade Program, ensuring seamless delivery across Finance, HR, Retail,and Supply Chain operations.
What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SAP Upgrade program.
Drive planning, execution, budgets, risk management and reporting.
Manage contractors, partners, licences, and program costs effectively.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and ensure business alignment.




Oversee documentation and governance under EPMO standards.
Ensure smooth transition and handover to operations.
What you'll bring
Expertise across SAP
Finance, EWM, BTP Integrations, and SuccessFactors
.
Experience with SAP upgrade paths and
SAP RISE
migrations (highly valued).
Strong background in
Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid
delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage large budgets and resources with confidence.
