Requirements
Police Clearance
Successful completion of drug and alcohol test, pre medical form and reference checks
Successful completion of the key physical requirements assessment
Proven organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required
Ability and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions
Sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to another person(s)
Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Senior First Aid Certificate
Previous experience working with people with dementia within the aged care industry
Certificate III Community Services (Aged Care Work) or equivalent
