Attune Hearing is seeking a Client Advisor to support our Sydney-area clinics (Baulkham Hills, Mona Vale, Newtown, Crows Nest, Hurstville).
You'll be the primary contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and effective experience from the moment they arrive through to after-visit follow-up.
You will handle phones, appointment bookings, stock management, and data entry, coordinating with Audiologists and external healthcare professionals.
Training is provided for device assistance and claims.
