The role offers either part time or full-time hours with funded Authorised Prescriber training and a supportive, tech-enabled practice environment.
You will deliver patient-centred care, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic health and lifestyle medicine.
