The Opportunity
As a Community Sites Liaison Officer in the City of Perth, youwill support the safe, effective and efficient operation of ourCommunity Development-managed facilities.
Acting as the tenantrepresentative, you will coordinate maintenance, operational andaccess-related matters, helping to keep our facilities runningsmoothly for staff, customers and the community.
Reporting to the Executive Support Officer within our CommunityDevelopment team, your responsibilities would primarilyinclude:
Coordinating site enquiries, routine inspections andmaintenance requests, tracking issues through toresolution;
Liaising with Commercial Properties, ICT, contractors andsite contacts to schedule works and minimise disruption toprograms, bookings and services;
Maintaining accurate site records, coordinating access andinductions, and supporting safe work practices; and
Administering quotations, purchase requests, invoices andexpenditure records in accordance with applicable Service LevelAgreements and City processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
Experience in accurate recordkeeping, correspondence,reporting and operational administration;
Robust organisational skills, with the ability toprioritise competing requests, maintain registers andschedules, and independently progress matters through tocompletion;
Experience coordinating and supervising contractorsundertaking routine maintenance, servicing and repairs;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with theability to build effective working relationships and coordinatesite-related issues through to resolution; and
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to usebooking, records, financial and task-tracking systems.
Qualifications in business administration, local government,property administration or Work Health and Safety, and experiencein community facilities or multi-site operational support, will behighly regarded.

Eligibility
To be eligible to work for us, you will need to demonstrate:
A right to work in Australia (e.g. a birth certificate,current passport or current visa);
Fitness for work via a pre-employment medical (if requiredfor the role);
A current, unencumbered 'C' class Australian driver's licence; and
A satisfactory National Police Clearance (dated within 3months).
