Essential criteria include:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualification.
Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
Ability to communicate effectively with older people.
Knowledge of food safety legislation.
Flexibility to travel to all Residential sites as required and with prior notice, including
Mt Gambier, Port Elliot and Murray Bridge.
Driver's licence and motor vehicle.
