For a commercially astute and highly analytical revenue leader, this is an opportunity to move beyond single-property or cluster ownership and influence revenue strategy at a national level.
As our Group's Assistant Director of Revenue, you will oversee the commercial performance of a portfolio of 7-9 hotels, partnering with Hotel Management and senior business leaders to maximise revenue, profitability and long-term asset performance.
You will apply sophisticated pricing, forecasting and market analysis techniques to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and drive informed commercial decision-making across the portfolio.In addition,



in this role you will contribute to broader business strategy, helping shape group-wide revenue initiatives, optimise commercial performance, and support the continued growth of the Group through hotel openings and strategic projects.
This role is designed for an experienced Revenue Director who enjoys working with data, uncovering commercial insights and influencing outcomes at a group-level while also remaining the epitome of high performance in the management of your portfolio of hotels.
Working alongside an experienced and supportive senior leadership team, you will have the opportunity to broaden your impact, gain exposure to group-level decision making and play a key role in shaping the future commercial direction of one of Australia's leading hotel operators.
Key role responsibilities:
Drive revenue, profitability, market share and commercial performance across an allocated hotel portfolio.
Analyse market trends, demand patterns, competitor activity and performance data to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
Develop and execute pricing, inventory, distribution and segmentation strategies that maximise portfolio performance and align to Group objectives.
Influence key stakeholders through data-driven insights, commercial recommendations and strategic challenge.
Lead forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes to support business decision-making and investment strategies.
Partner with Hotel Managementto optimise property performance, improve commercial capability and ensure accountability for revenue outcomes.
Identify opportunities to enhance market positioning, channel mix, corporate production and overall revenue contribution.




Support pre-opening and newly opened hotels through market analysis, revenue strategy development and performance ramp-up planning.
Drive continuous improvement of revenue systems, automation, reporting, processes and commercial frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability and decision quality.
Contribute to the evolution of the Group's revenue strategy, ensuring alignment between property-level execution and broader organisational goals.
Coach and develop a high-performing Revenue team, building capability, commercial acumen and accountability to ensure team performance evolves alongside the growth and increasing complexity of the business.
