As the Senior Administrative Officer, Regional Operations Centre, you'll play a key leadership role in supporting the Regional Operations Centre, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to help ensure patients receive timely access to care.

Our offices are based at Mt Pleasant and Nuriootpa.
This role offers a hybrid model where you will be working from both offices as well as the opportunity to work from home and benefit from the work-life balance this provides.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Do you have extensive administrative experience in a complex healthcare or service environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines?
Are you an effective communicator who can build productive relationships with clinical, administrative and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism?
Do you possess strong leadership skills and experience leading, supporting and mentoring administrative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes?
Are you highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience preparing reports, correspondence, meeting documentation and managing office systems and procedures?
Can you use initiative, problem-solving skills and sound judgement to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support efficient service delivery?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will...
Provide high-level administrative, coordination and secretariat support to the Regional Operations Centre, ensuring professional and efficient day-to-day operations.
Lead and support the ROC Administration Team, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture while coordinating rostering, performance development and workflow priorities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, Local Health Networks and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.
Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing papers and meeting documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing administrative processes, maintaining quality systems, supporting audits and accreditation activities,
and contributing to operational planning and service enhancements.
