We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a excellent attitude to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, based out of our Goondiwindi depot, servicing the greater Darling Downs area.
n
As a
Pest Control Technician
, you will be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers to keep their premises pest-free, no 2 days are the same here!
n
Duties
n
n
Inspecting client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
n
Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
n
Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
n
Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
n
Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
n
n
At Rentokil Initial, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:
n
n
Current and valid Australian open/full driver's licence
n
Eligible to work full-time in Australia
n
Availability for possible overnight stays in remote areas
n
Interest in Pest Control or related industry experience
n
Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships
n
Communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing
n
Physically fit and the ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
n
High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
n
An ability to consistently work within both our client's and Rentokil's safety parameters
n
Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
n
n
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks.
