A modern dental practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions and oral health concerns

Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care
n

Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care strategies
n

n
Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed
n
n
n
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation
n
n
n
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences
n
n
n
Support team development and contribute to a positive and patient-focused practice culture
n
n
n
Utilize clinical technology and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care
n

n
Promote a comfortable and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient trust and satisfaction

Qualifications
n

n
n
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)



degree from an accredited dental school
n
n
n
Current dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
n
n
n
Previous experience as a General Dentist preferred
n
n
n
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
n
n
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
n
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
n

n
Experience with advanced dental procedures and modern dental technology preferred
