About the Role
n We're looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the hospital.
n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
n
n What you'll be doing:
n • Delivering outstanding client care to patients and their owners
n • Managing client enquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email
n • Supporting the day to day appointment and admission schedule
n • Completing general administration and clerical duties
n • Taking payments and managing invoices and accounts
n • Ensuring front of house areas are welcoming, clean, and organised
n • Assisting across different areas of the hospital as required
n • Working collaboratively with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care
n
What We're Looking For
n • Previous reception or customer service experience is essential
n • Veterinary industry reception experience highly regarded but not essential
n • Strong administrative and organisational skills
n • Excellent communication skills with a warm and professional approach
n • Confidence managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
n • Solid attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
n • A positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
n • A team first mindset and commitment to contributing to a supportive workplace culture
n • A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them
