About The Role
n
n
PolyNovo is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our NSW Sales team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is responsible for delivering clinical support, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals (HCPs) across New South Wales.
n
n
n
n
This is a newly created opportunity, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements. While the role is remote, regular travel to hospitals and clinics across NSW will be required to support Territory Sales Managers.
n

n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
n
n
Provide clinical support, organise, and provide regular
education/inservice
to nurses, registrars and other relevant Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
n
n
Pass on potential leads to the Regional Territory Sales Managers
n
n
Organise and participate in trade shows and customer events.
n
n
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations.
n
n
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
n
n




Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, recent products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and providing data back to the team.
n
n
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
n
n
Provide timely business reporting, activity, and results in the CRM.
n
n
Inventory management such as counting consignment/loan stock, rep stock and providing logistics support where necessary.
n
n
n
n
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Business/Sciences and/or health science e.g. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy etc.
n
n
Familiarity with working within the hospital environment - familiarity in an operating room is a plus
n
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
n
Strong ability to maintain a high level of reporting, documentation, and organisation.
n
n
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.
n
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
n
n
Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of their work outputs.
n
n
High level of proactive problem-solving skills
n
n
Must be willing and able to travel as required (depending on territory but up to 50%).
n
n
High level of experience working autonomously and within a small team environment.
n
n




Must have a valid Passport, Full Driving License and Working with Children Check.
