Ghanda is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Hobart, TAS to lead the GhandaGang on the shop floor.
You will head a team of up to 15, drive Ghanda values, and ensure top-notch store presentation in line with branding guidelines.
You'll manage stock levels with your Stock Allocator, prepare rosters and sales reports, and contribute to a culture of engagement through team nights, feedback surveys and recognition programs.
