Kingpin Bondi is opening in November ****, and we're looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional bar experience.
Working closely with the Bar Manager, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the bar, lead shifts, coach team members and ensure every guest enjoys outstanding service in a fun, energetic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the bar team during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
Support team training, coaching and development to Kingpin standards.
Assist with stock management, ordering and maintaining bar presentation.
Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling and premium service.
Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, safety and company standards.




Work closely with venue leaders to deliver seamless operations and events.
What We're Looking For
Previous bar supervisory or senior bartender experience.
Robust cocktail, beverage and beer knowledge.
Current RSA certification.
A hands-on leadership style and passion for hospitality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
