AFCA is seeking a Senior Ombudsman, Insurance to lead a high-performing team of Insurance Ombudsman and to provide expert technical advice and coaching.
You will ensure decisions are fair, independent and consistent for consumers and financial firms, and shape AFCA's approach to general insurance complaints.
You will report to Emma Curtis, Lead Ombudsman Insurance, and work with Senior Managers across Operations to strengthen frameworks and drive continuous improvement in dispute resolution.
