Essential Requirements –
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
Availability and flexibility to provide support to various shifts with urgent notice or short notice
Willingness to travel for work
Team Oriented person
Compassionate and has attention to detail to provide holistic and person centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
