The NRMA Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Trainer with mechanical or auto electrical qualifications.
You will design, develop and deliver training for frontline employees and managers, focusing on Roadside Delivery, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business goals.
Based at Sydney Olympic Park with travel to NRMA sites nationwide.
Hybrid work arrangements are available, with some work-from-home flexibility.
