Nisbets Australia is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Call Centre in Campbelltown.
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Team Leader, and focused on delivering high-quality service aligned with performance standards.
You will handle inbound calls, process orders, answer queries, manage delivery inquiries, and uphold call KPIs while embodying Nisbets values.
Solid communication, numeracy, literacy, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.
