Base Salary: $106,099 – $113,334 (p.a.)
Total Effective Package: $130,165 – $138,378 (p.a.)

Since that time, Congress has expanded to become the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation in the Northern Territory, providing a comprehensive, holistic and culturally appropriate primary healthcare service to Aboriginal people living in and nearby Alice Springs, including five remote communities: Amoonguna, Ntaria (and Wallace Rockhole), Santa Teresa, Utju (Areyonga), Imanpa, Yulara and Mutitjulu.

What's the role?
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing a high standard of culturally safe, direct patient care within the Mparntwe Urgent Care Clinic.
Working to the full scope of nursing practice, within a collaborative team, to provide short term,
episodic care for urgent conditions that are not immediately life-threatening.
The Nurses are responsible for triage, assessment and treatment of patients, as well as providing education and support to patients and their families.
Open every day – Mon-Fri 10am – 6pm Weekend and Public Holidays 12pm-4pm.
Flexible working arrangements available.
Start date ASAP for HR orientation, clinical onboarding i.e. ALS, CPR, Venepuncture, Medicare, Best Practice, system referrals etc.
Is the role right for you?
We're looking for RANs who can build robust, trusting relationships with both patients and the community.
If you have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent ED and triage experience essential.
Upskilling for clinicians looking to transfer to Remote Area Nursing.
Team Leader or Masters in relevant field prompts eligibility for N4
The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and bring exceptional clinical skills, a proactive adaptable attitude, and a genuine respect for diverse patient backgrounds, we want you!
