THE OPPORTUNITY
As Club Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the club while driving team performance, membership growth and an outstanding member experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
Driving sales and member growth through high-impact leadership, innovative strategies, and a strong focus on exceeding sales targets
Ensuring all agreed targets are met while cultivating an inclusive, welcoming and positive environment
Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance
Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart
Managing marketing efforts to attract and retain members
Upholding all safety and security standards
Be available to work on Saturdays and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards

ABOUT YOU
You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example.
You also bring:
Years of management experience in a fast-paced workplace
