WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?




Are you a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience managing a diverse and complex caseload across community, outpatient and/or inpatient settings?
Do you have strong clinical assessment, care planning and intervention skills, with the ability to work independently while drawing on multidisciplinary support when required?
Are you passionate about delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, self-management and positive health outcomes for clients and their carers?
Can you build effective relationships with clients, families, community partners and multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care?
Do you have a commitment to continuous professional development, quality improvement, culturally safe practice and supporting the growth of students or less experienced staff?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services through assessment, intervention, care planning and review to support hospital avoidance, early discharge and improved client outcomes.
Manage and prioritise a complex caseload while contributing to the effective utilisation of team resources and service delivery across the community.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, service providers, clients and carers to develop coordinated, holistic and goal-focused care plans.
Support service improvement initiatives by contributing to clinical protocols, quality activities, service evaluations and innovative models of care.
Provide professional leadership through knowledge sharing, mentoring, supervision and supporting students, allied health assistants and less experienced clinicians.
