Leora Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a client in Glebe, NSW.
Vietnamese-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply, reflecting the client's language needs.
You will support independence and daily living, assist with domestic tasks and meal preparation, and follow individual support plans with dignity and confidentiality.
Experience in disability care and WWCC/NDIS checks are required.
