Melbar is seeking an energetic Full time Care Partner to join our team in Sydney.
You will assess and coordinate in-home aged care services, develop personalised care plans, and work with Nurses and allied health professionals to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
The role requires Mandarin language proficiency, a Certificate III in Ageing/Health Services, a valid driver's licence, and previous community care or nursing experience.
Hybrid work is available, with up to 3 days at home.
