About the Opportunity
We are seeking passionate Pastry Chefs (Chef de Partie & Commis) to join our opening pastry team.
Working within a highly skilled pastry brigade, you will help deliver high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods while maintaining the standards expected of two of Melbourne's leading venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to refine your skills in a rapid-paced, premium kitchen environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium kitchen
Strong pastry fundamentals and attention to detail
Ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment
Strong organisation and teamwork skills
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and a variety of shifts
Qualification in

ommercial Cookery or Patisserie highly regarded
