Job Description
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be delivering service excellence, from check in to check out and at every guest journey point.
Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
Complete a wide variety of front office tasks, which willensure that every day is different from selling the hotel's facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.
Answer all telephone calls in a qualified manner according to brand standard.




Live our loyalty culture and drive enrolments and sales for ourloyalty program.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you will have
Previous customer service experiencein a Hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera Cloud.
You will be able to work under pressure, multitask and be a solution finder.
Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to alwaysmaking our guest's smile during their stay
.
