Mandurah Community Aged Care is seeking Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistants to join a friendly, focused team delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents in Mandurah.
We value empathy, robust communication, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Requirements include Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing); preferred Cert IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diploma in Ageing; valid driver's licence; First Aid/CPR; comfort with technology and engaging residents in lifestyle activities.
