Swatch Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Care Coordinator to support Retail, Ecommerce and Wholesale across Australia and Recent Zealand.
This role blends inventory management, customer care, and ecommerce operations, working with local teams and Swatch HQ in Switzerland.
You will manage Swatch and Flik Flak inventory, coordinate stock orders, assist with launches, and deliver excellent service to customers by phone and email from our Melbourne‐area team.
