Excel Building Management in Sydney's Elizabeth Bay area seeks a Head Concierge to lead a dedicated team and elevate guest experience in a prestige property.
You will ensure high service levels and skilled responsiveness to resident and guest requests.
Responsibilities include managing daily operations, guarding security, training staff, handling incidents, and coordinating with Building Manager.
Immediate start, full-time hours 7 am–3 pm, Monday to Friday.
