Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Manage end-to-end ADMS project lifecycle (initiation to closure)
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
Coordinate with utility stakeholders including operations, IT, and engineering teams
Conduct regular status meetings and updates
Outage Management System (OMS), Distribution SCADA
Fault location, isolation, and service restoration (FLISR), Volt/VAR optimization (VVO)
Ensure alignment with utility business processes
GIS (Geographic Information Systems), AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure)
DERMS (Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems), Enterprise IT systems
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies
Develop mitigation and contingency plans
Track project costs and ensure delivery within approved budget
Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor performance
Ensure compliance with utility standards and regulations (IEEE, NERC, IEC, etc.)
Maintain quality assurance throughout project execution
Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, developers, and consultants
Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring
Provide regular updates on project progress, KPIs, and risks
Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
