Katherine West Health Board (KWHB) is an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation delivering primary health care and holistic health programs across a 162,000 km2 region of remote Katherine West, Northern Territory.

This is an identified position for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Work alongside the Big Rivers Healing for Our Mob multidisciplinary team to supportculturally protected, trauma-informed and client-centred FDSV recovery and healing,ensuring culture, community and client needs are considered throughout the carejourney.
Support case management and care coordination, including following up referralsand assisting clients to access FDSV recovery support services.
Provide cultural support, guidance and advocacy for clients, helping them understandand access appropriate FDSV, health, healing and social support services.
Maintain accurate and timely client records in relevant clinical information systems,including Communicare and PCIS, in accordance with KWHB documentation, privacyand confidentiality requirements.
Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision, contributing insights from thework to support integrated service delivery.
What You will Receive:
In return, you'll receive an attractive remuneration package (negotiable based on your skills and experience)
from $72,793 to $102,884 (A&G3-A;&G5; classification) or $65,059 to $103,616 (AHP2-AHP4 classification), plus 12% superannuation and a range of benefits, including:

The Big Rivers region (a 3 hour drive from Darwin) begins south of Kakadu National Park encompassing Pine Creek, then extends over 500km south to Kalkaringi and stretches across the width of the Territory between the Western Australia and Queensland borders.
