$100–$120 per hour depending on experience, plus travel allowance
Location:
Mobile role across Western Sydney (Specific locations can be chosen by the therapist)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and prepare detailed reports for NDIS participants (both pediatric and adult).
Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Collaborate with participants, their families, and other health professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Contribute to the growth of BTS Services through local networking and stakeholder engagement.
Work closely with other team members to support optimal participant outcomes.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
Experience in the NDIS sector (desirable but not essential).
Current Working with Children Check and CPR certification.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
