Clough
, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering Project 'CERES' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are seeking a Manager – Site Reset Culture to join our Perdaman team on site.

Provide frontline leaders, health and safety representatives and workers (including our contractors) with coaching and expert health and safety advice to develop wellbeing capability throughout the business.
