You'll join a Drug & Alcohol team focused on improving health and wellbeing of individuals with complex alcohol and other drug challenges.
You will conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver counselling interventions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinate complex cases across health, housing, justice and community services to help clients access
