tools and automation through incident reviews and trend analysis.Monitor service performance, KPIs and customer impacts, taking proactive action to reduce risks and improve outcomes.Mentor team members, share technical knowledge and support training and capability development across the transmission operations team.About youExperience in telecommunications or IT operations, ideally within transmission networks, network operations or incident management environments.Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive during critical incidents.Knowledge of ITIL incident management practices and service operations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.A technical qualification in Engineering, IT or Telecommunications, or equivalent industry experience.As part of your application with Telstra, you may receive communications from us on ***************When you join our team, you become part of a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone is respected, valued and celebrated.
