You will partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to guide customers from eye tests to frame selection, while leading the team to hit performance targets.
You will own the store for two days weekly, drive a smooth appointment flow, and ensure every customer interaction is effortless and enjoyable.
A robust customer focus and leadership flair are essential.
