The Opportunity
ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with an established commercial builder with a robust pipeline of major projects across South Australia.
With projects spanning commercial, education, health, residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors, the business delivers complex projects valued from $20M through to larger-scale developments.
They are now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join an established project team and play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of major construction projects.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team, you will gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery while taking increasing ownership of your responsibilities.
This is an opportunity for a Project Coordinator who is looking to broaden their experience, work on larger and more complex projects and progress their career within an established and supportive environment.
The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will provide hands-on support across the project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Manager and site team to keep projects organised, coordinated and progressing to plan.
Key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating project documentation, correspondence and reporting
Supporting procurement, subcontractor engagement and project administration
Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams




Assisting with project programming, milestones and delivery requirements
Tracking project costs, budgets, variations and progress claims
Assisting with project reporting, forecasting and financial administration
Coordinating project meetings, actions and follow-ups
Maintaining project registers and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager with day-to-day project requirements
Building strong relationships with project stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative project environment
You will work alongside experienced construction professionals who will give you the support, exposure and responsibility to continue developing your project management capability.

You will ideally bring:
2-4 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or similar construction role
Experience working on commercial construction projects, ideally $20M+
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
An understanding of commercial construction processes and project delivery
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving
A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
A genuine ambition to develop towards a Project Management career
