suburbs, with ongoing demand in the

area.
Our specialist schools support students with autism and a range of intellectual, physical and emotional disabilities.
These schools are committed to helping every student achieve their individual goals through inclusive, supportive and well-resourced learning environments.
You'll enjoy small class sizes, strong support from Education Support staff and the opportunity to build valuable experience in specialist education settings.
In this role, you will:
Work with small class sizes (6-10 students per class)
Be supported by teaching assistants and experienced staff
Join inclusive and well-resourced specialist school environments
Make a meaningful impact in students' lives




Graduate teachers are encouraged to apply.
Skills & experience
To be successful, you will have:
Experience working with children with Autism (preferred but not essential)
A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
Understanding of special education and disabilities
Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
Requirements
Must hold a current VIT registration (or in progress)
Recent teaching experience (outlined in CV)
Two professional referees (principal-class or mentors accepted for graduates)
Working rights in Australia
