What You'll Do
Principal Support
Proactively manage and coordinate daily schedules across several time zones and ensure Principal is fully briefed and organised
Proactively manage and coordinate travel and related logistics including Visa and Passports to the best efficiencies and in accordance with BCG policy.
Schedule client, case team and administrative meetings, as required, book relevant telephone/ videoconferences (local and international), and associated logistics.
Support Principals commercial agenda, understand case & client requirements
Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regards to Principal's calendar and Logistics
Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients
Keep a 12-month forward plan of travel commitments
Supporting Principals Cases
Serve as a vital point of contact for case teams with regards to Principal's calendar and Logistics




Manage requirements and provide administrative support as directed by Principal
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients
Assist with minor visual edits to slides if directed by Principal
Complete ad hoc case team administrative duties
General Administration
Filter correspondence and telephone calls
Maintain appropriate electronic filing systems and client databases
Submit and reconcile timesheets and expenses
Complete ad hoc administrative duties, including support to some PL lead case teams if required.
Continuous Improvement
Streamline administration work to achieve the best efficiencies
Be proactive and solutions focused
Participate in internal committees and contribute to office efficiencies by providing backup support where appropriate
Provide inspiration and knowledge share across the Operations cohort
Back up to Executive Assistants
Provide backup support for EAs when they are on leave
What You'll Bring
Prior experience as a Team Assistant supporting several busy senior executives (professional services experience is preferred)
Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
You're highly responsive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills.
You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once
Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our client work
A strong intellectual curiosity.




You're a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture
Adaptability and flexibility.
You will thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment bringing open-mindedness and positivity to challenges
