Reporting to the Head of Procurment, you will manage contracts, costs, and tender activities across high-rise residential projects, ensuring commercial targets are met.
You will prepare cost plans, budgets, and final accounts, negotiate with subcontractors, track cash flow, and provide weekly reports.
Solid leadership, commercial acumen, and proficiency with Cubit and Bluebeam are essential.
