About the Role:
As a Duty Manager at Miami Bakehouse, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, motivating team members, and ensuring our customer experience is always first class.
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week

Location: Rouse Road, Gilberts, Mandurah
Trading Hours: Typically 6:15 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week
As a Duty Manager, you'll support the Store Manager to:
Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service
Manage day-to-day cafe operations
Meet sales targets while maintaining quality and consistency
Assist in staff training and coordination
