Kubpower is a proudly South Australian, family-owned equipment dealership with branches at Gepps Cross, Summertown and Naracoorte.
We're looking for a proactive, self-motivated person to join our Head Office Service Department, supporting warranty processes across all three branches and our external dealer network for a major product we distribute nationally.
This is more than a warranty administration role.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, actively seeks out opportunities and works with our Service teams to ensure every legitimate warranty claim is captured and nothing is overlooked.
The role
Work proactively with Service Managers and workshop teams to identify warranty opportunities and improve claim processes.
Ensure all eligible claims are submitted, no matter how small, and larger claims are thoroughly investigated to capture all claimable components and costs.
Monitor and follow up claims to ensure they're progressing correctly and resolved.
Support our external dealer network with warranty claims, queries and manufacturer requirements.
Liaise with manufacturers regarding claims, pre-approvals, parts returns, recalls and Product Improvement Programs; even assisitng in creating and implementing certain Product Improvement Programs.
Manage warranty reconciliations and identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
Assist the service manager and advisors in overflow of work or in times of staff absentees.




A proactive approach is essential.
Rather than waiting for information to come to you, you'll ask questions, approach the right people, seek out missing information and follow issues through to resolution. You'll build relationships with our Service Managers, manufacturers and dealers to identify opportunities, strengthen warranty outcomes and continually improve the support we provide.
About you

Confident approaching people, asking questions and following up to get answers.
Organised, thorough and persistent, with excellent attention to detail.
A solid communicator who can manage competing priorities and take ownership of issues.
Interested in finding better ways of working and making a genuine difference to a team.
Previous warranty, service administration, automotive or machinery experience would be advantageous, however not essential. We're also open to candidates with strong administration skills, initiative and a willingness to learn.
