This is very much a
hands-on landscaping role
. You'll be on the tools and working alongside the team, while also taking responsibility for helping run the site day to day.
Working closely with our Project Manager / Head Foreman, you'll help keep projects moving, organise the team and materials, maintain a high standard of workmanship and make sure the details are being built properly.
We're looking for someone who is a strong all-round landscaper, takes pride in their work and is ready to step into more responsibility.

Working hands-on across all areas of landscape construction
Leading a small team and helping organise the day-to-day running of site
Setting out and building from landscape plans and construction drawings
Paving, masonry, carpentry, drainage, concreting and general landscape construction
Planting, soil preparation and softscape works
Organising materials, deliveries and site requirements
Keeping an eye on quality, finishes and the finer details
Communicating with our Project Manager, clients, trades and suppliers
Helping keep projects running efficiently and on schedule
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe site
About you
Ideally, you're an experienced landscaper or Leading Hand who is ready to take the next step, or an existing Foreman looking for a great team and interesting projects.
You'll need:

Certificate III in Landscape Construction or solid equivalent experience
At least 2+ years' experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or similar role in residential landscaping
Robust practical skills across paving, masonry and carpentry
Good softscape and planting knowledge
Ability to read and work from landscape and construction plans
A strong eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Confidence leading and working alongside a small team
Good communication and organisational skills
White Card
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
What we offer
Full time salary package based on your experience
Fuel allowance
High-end residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
A good mix of hands-on construction and site leadership
Support from an experienced Project Manager / Head Foreman
Opportunity to grow your role, responsibilities and salary as the business grows
A close-knit team that takes pride in the work we produce
