Great Meats Co is an award-winning butcher shop located in Leichhardt in Sydney's Inner West. We are seeking a chef looking for a change to join our team, learn skilled butchery skills from experienced butchers and work with premium restaurant-quality meat.
You will assist with daily meat preparation, portioning and preparing products for retail and wholesale, serve customers with old-school service, and learn both traditional and modern techniques in a supportive team environment.
