Sonder is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to own marketing across the full customer lifecycle on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave.
You'll design programs that drive adoption, engagement, renewals and growth, turn customer success into stories through case studies, references and testimonials, and report to the Head of Marketing while working with Customer, Sales, Member, Product and RevOps teams.
