Joanne Love Support coordinator – Sutherland NSW

Must have relevant qualifications for your application to progress for this Support Coordinator Level 2 position.
$65-$70 per hour depending on experience. Must have disability sector experience and a thorough understanding of the NDIS processes and worked as a support coordinator in the past.
Have a sound understanding of SIL and an understanding of SDA is preferable. Positive problem solving skills, ethical practices and time management skills.

The participants are based in South Sydney and South West Sydney. Face to face visits, meetings and stakeholder engagement is compulsory in this role and the role will require approximately 25+ hours per week .
As a Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with NDIS participants to help them implement their plans and build their capacity for independence, ensure services are suitable to meet their needs and offering choice and control.
Must have:
Own car and licence
NDIS worker screening
WWC
Good work ethic, able to work autonomously, time management skills and a sound understanding of NDIS funding, how it is utilised and what the role encompasses.
