About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will lead and deliver collaborative projects across GGA's statewide network.
You will work closely with grower groups, research organisations and industry partners to develop projects that support innovation, knowledge sharing and adoption across Western Australia's agricultural sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing strong relationships with grower groups, partners and stakeholders
Designing and delivering collaborative industry projects
Managing project timelines, budgets, reporting and stakeholder engagement
Facilitating collaboration between growers, researchers and industry partners
Supporting project events, workshops and industry engagement activities
Monitoring emerging research, innovation and industry priorities
About You




You will be a proactive and collaborative professional with solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated project management experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Experience working within the agribusiness, agriculture or related sector
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Tertiary qualifications in Agribusiness, Agriculture or a related discipline
A disciplined approach to adoption of GGA digital project management tools and standard operating processes.

Today GGA comprises a thriving state-wide network of 95 member groups with a collective membership of over 4,000 farm enterprises. The organisation plays a key role in driving producer-led agricultural innovation, research adoption and collaboration across WA.
