Egis is seeking a hands-on Technology Support Lead to run frontline IT across four Queensland offices. You will deliver advanced Level 2 hardware, software and AV support while driving service improvements and acting as the trusted IT voice for project teams.
You will manage one direct report, travel between sites to stay visible, and be the key link between local operations and the global IT organisation, ensuring smooth operations and solid governance.
