City FM Australia is seeking an energetic Team Leader to support our contact centre operations. You will lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met in a quick-paced environment.
The role is permanent, with Monday–Friday shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. After a two-week in-office training period, you may work from home two days per week, along with on-site parking and access to our discounts hub.
