Theopportunity
Keeping Warrigal's technology workingsmoothly, you'll provide on-site support across our servicelocations, helping maintain the systems, applications, devices andsite technology our teams rely on every day. You'll work across abroad range of technology, from enterprise applications and mobiledevices to networks, audiovisual systems and other site-basedsolutions.
You'll also play an important role indelivering technology initiatives across Warrigal, supportingsystem upgrades, new technology rollouts, site implementations andbusiness process improvements. Working alongside our IT team,Managed Service Provider and external vendors, you'll helpcoordinate solutions, manage technical issues and ensure technologychanges are delivered effectively across theorganisation.
With no two days the same, this is ahands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across differentareas of technology and make a visible contribution to how Warrigaloperates. Your work will help ensure our people have the technologythey need to deliver great outcomes for the communities wesupport.

The requirements | What ittakes to do this work
Demonstrated experiencesupporting modern, enterprise technology environments,including cloud-managed and mobile deviceplatforms.
Strong experience supporting andadministering enterprise productivity and businessapplications, including Microsoft 365 and AdobeAcrobat.
Relevant IT qualification,advanced technical training, or equivalent professionalexperience.
Broad technical capabilityacross end-user computing, endpoint management, virtual desktopenvironments, networking, wireless, telephony and site-basedtechnologies.
Proven experience managingrelationships with outsourced IT providers, technology vendorsand external service partners.
Demonstrated ability to optimiseenterprise applications, technology services and associatedbusiness processes to improve operationaloutcomes.
Highly developed communication,stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, withthe ability to work effectively across diverse business andtechnical audiences.
Strong organisational anddelivery capability, with the ability to prioritise competingdemands, work autonomously and consistently deliver outcomeswithin required timeframes.
Demonstrated alignment withWarrigal's values of integrity, respect, compassion andinnovation.
Knowledge of Exchange Online,SharePoint Online and MicrosoftIntune.
Experience managing mobiledevices, thin clients (WYSE) and Citrix Cloudenvironments.
Strong understanding ofenterprise networking, including switches, wireless andUbiquiti equipment.
Familiarity with network cabinetpatching for data and telephonyservices.
Exposure to site technologiessuch as CCTV, access control and operationaltechnology.
Ability to coordinate technologyprojects with vendors, contractors andstakeholders.
Relevant Microsoft or ITILcertifications.
